Mug and Bean Head Office ****s! Pathetic.

Mug and Bean is such a lovely eatery in general but the App and the Head Office that managed it, is pathetic. I received notice a of a voucher for cake, and that it appears in special offers etc. Despite sending a in contact query to its unavailability there was no response. Today I had lunch at Mug and Bean; South Coast mall and the waitress indicated it would work. I had a lovely lunch with the cake. Lo and behold I had to pay for the cake as the voucher is a **** and does not work. Pathetic, pathetic is all I can say.
