Mug and Bean Eswatini - very poor quality

Mugg and Bean website will not accept a "complaint" on the "contact us" section of their website - tried on numerous occasions and it just says there is an issue - please try again. Their Eswatini store is sub-standard - last visit I ordered a "blueberry" ****in (no choc chip available) - the ****in was old and dry and contained 1 lone blueberry!! When the waitress eventually came to ask if everything was OK (I had finished my coffee and left most of the ****in after digging around searching for blueberries) I informed her that this was not a blueberry ****in as there were no blueberries. She returned and offered me another one as compensation! No thanks. In addition, I was overcharged for the option with cheese and jam although I sent the cheese and jam back as I did not order it!
