Mug and Bean Airport was disappointing

We as a family of 3 visited the airport on Thursday, 2 November 2018 at about 6.30. We ordered but waited very long for service. I was a bit agitated and left it. On Sunday evening we went back there, also 3 of my family members and the same thing happen. We waited so long and i was very disturbed. We got there about 8 and sat till about 9. We got served but every-time we called the waiter he was very busy. We then ordered food and when the waiter brought the food my daughter asked him for the menu and he said he will bring it now. He never brought it as i wanted to order something to eat. We were just having hot chocolate but then decided to eat something. I never got to order and i did not bother to ask again as he was already running up and down. This was not a pleasant visit to Mug and Bean airport and i need to inform you about this. Trust this matter will be taking note of. Thanks Sylvia Africa
