Mooi River Mugg & Bean downward spiral

First it should be said that M&B is one of our favorite restaurants. It's our go-to wherever we are in SA. We have been to the Mooi River Mugg & Bean about 4 times in the last month, each time leaving more disappointed than before. For the last 3 times they had almost no stock of the meals we wanted to order (the second last time we ordered 3 different meals, to which the waiter returned 3 times to tell us they had no stock) , we eventually just paid for our drinks and left. Today we went back to finally give the new Chickpea burger a shot, (hoping it would be in stock) , to once again walk away bitterly disappointed. The patty was smaller than half of the bun and the waiter's reply upon our complaint was "I would not be happy with this, but this is the portion size It comes as". For a burger that costs R90, It is quite ridiculous to receive a golf ball size patty. Mooi River Mugg and Bean seems to be going from bad to worse upon each visit... I resorted to complaining here due to the fact that none of the customer service contact details work.
