Mjgg & Bean, no clue about coffee

The Mugg & Bean on the c/o Atlas & Silverwings Blvd cannot make Americano. I've ordered it 3 times now and get filter coffee instead. When I tell them that they haven't given me Americano, they say they did. No winning arguments with them. They clearly have no clue of making coffee at that outlet. Mugg & Bean use to have a reputation for excellent coffee.
