Mistreating stuff in public

On the 4th of October 2021i popped in at mugg and bean mimosa mall Bloemfontein for where my sister works she came out just to greet which did not take anything more than 3min, then the kitchen manager "Maria" came and caused a scene on the shopfloor screening at the employee which was very humiliating as it was a matter that was supposed to be handled privately, she was made to sign a warning just because she came out for 2min to greet her sibling.. I would really like to lay a complaint for the treatment given to the employee no one is supposed to be treated in that manner, especially in public, just to add to the complaint I ordered a classic breakfast needed to substitute bacon for Macon and they could not provide the Macon as a substitute I also wanted to add avocado and they were also out question is how is it advertised on the menu but unavailable when ordered.. Very unhappy
