Missing Management

Mugg and Bean Fourways Mall is one of the worst branches I have been to. While the serving staff try their best this restaurant is completely devoid of any management. The WiFi didn’t work, with no explanation. There were several items on the menu that were unavailable, also no explanation. The kitchen staff are extremely slow.. we waited approximately 40 minutes for our order which was brought in stages. I hope that Mugg & Bean HQ address the issue of the manager not doing their job.
