Miserable ****ins...
I stopped to purchase a ****in for breakfast as I have done on several occasions. <br> <br> Generally, the ****in is placed in a paper bag with a serviette. However, this morning it was handed to me over the counter as is. When I asked where the serviette and bag was, the cashier shrugged and pointed to the coffee station for me to get a serviette. When I asked to see the Manager, I was told there was no manager on duty. <br> <br> After getting to the office and opening the ****in, I found that it is stale and at least three days old. Today's date has been written on a sticker, which was placed over a sticker with yesterday's date.<br> <br> Having worked as a waiter at Mugg n Bean many years ago, it is very disappointing to see that this is the level that service has degraded to.
