Mediocre food. Even worse service

My dining experience at the Mugg And Bean in Menlyn Mall was atrocious. I ordered the Chicken mayo sandwich with a side of chips (R80) , a can of Coke (R25) and a slice of chocolate cake (R 75). The sandwich and chips were decent , but the cake and worst of all the service ? HORRIBLE. I don't even know where a business would find the audacity to serve that with a straight face 😐. The cake was SO dry. It tasted like it had been made an entire week ago. I thought Trevor Noah and a camera crew were going to jump out at any moment, because that was a joke. The service ? You would have thought I dragged the waiter out of bed and forced him to come to work . WORST OF ALL ,he also ****** ME. My total should have been R200 (R180+R20 tip) , but when I looked my receipt once I was home the total was R250. I remember thinking I left something at the table I was served at , so I looked back , and the waiter was smirking at me. I didn't know it yet, but he was basking in his smugness after successfully completing his heist for the day😭. I have never set a foot in that restaurant ever since. I would only recommend my enemies to dine at this restaurant. 0/5 stars
