I'm writing to Mugg&Bean to say absolutely well done on deceiving me today.

You managed to let your terms and conditions not be visible enough to emphasize that you are limited to one cup of coffee a day on your subscription plan, and that I have to purchase more items to qualify for the special promotion. Thus you are forcing me to spend more than what I would generally.

I could have had a bottomless coffee as I use to everyday, and just come frequently as I use to. But now you have lost me.

You made me download your app, and deceived me with a **** value for money special.

In a way it breaks me to think I've trusted you...

Get your terms and conditions more visible, or be sure to loose more clients.
