M&B Rustenburg has low standards

The M&B branch in Rustenburg have dropped their standards lower and lower every time we are in town. When sitting at a table with 4 people, 3 of them get mugs or milk cups with multiple chips in. When the food arrived, my "Low-carb breakfast" had more oil in the plate than a large portion of chips at the local garage. My fiancé order poached eggs&avo on rye and received it with hard eggs and brown avo. She sent it back asking for soft eggs agai. Tge waiter returned with new eggs ond the same rye toast(that got soggy) and just more avo topped onto the brown avo. My mother received margarine wit her rye toast that was scooped out of a tub and into a small cup. I was a big fan of M&B, becaise I love coffee and the fact that there's a variety of vegetarian options. My fiancé and I are vegetarian and with receiving this standard from M&B, it would've been more beneficial for us to eat at Steers or McDonald's.

I also noticed that the shop front for this branch is very dirty, so it would be in the brand's best interest to clean the place up.
