M&B Malvern - Total put off!

Wish I could give a zero star rating. But absolutely disappointed with the Malvern branch. Ordered a BBQ steak open sandwich. I probably had about 3 pieces of steak across the entire flat bread. The rest was pieces of huge crumbs represented as steak, soaked in potent BBQ sauce. When I addressed the issue I was asked to pay for it as I've eaten from it already. My point is not payment, I could have ordered anything else of the menu but the don't care attitude from an old Indian man just disgusted me. Especially the fact that we went straight to the fact that I have to pay before even apologizing for the **** that I received to eat.
