M&B Cape Gate poor service is back

I have been going to the Cape Gate Mug and Bean on/off for the past 5 years.mostly off. M&B have long periods where their service is soo terrible and seamingly short bursts when it is good. Part of the poor service is getting my food cold about 50%. I am too tired to complain so much and so often not for good service.....just adeqate service...just do the bare minimum. M&B seem to have gone into this poor service slump so now ni M&B for a year or so till their service suddenly becomes just adeqate.
