M&B App is Useless

When joining the M&B app I received a free coffee. Tried to redeem the coffee today at the V&A Waterfront branch and the voucher did not work.

First of all the cashiers did not seem trained with the app as two people gave me different instructions to redeem voucher at cashier. On third attempt the app showed that the transaction was successful and requested ratings but the cashier said it didn’t work?

The manager was also very unpleasant and refused to assist me. Very dissatisfied with the app and service. This app is a waste of time!
