Marshmallow out of stock

Went to Festival Mall Mug and Bean ordered upside down marshmallow drink. 2 minutes later waiter comes back and tells me that they are out of stock and do not have marshmallow in stock, while there is a pick n pay, checkers, game, and woolwoths with marsmallow in stock. Mug and bean service is effen poor.
