Managers not involved

My family and i visited this branch yesterday morning and had good service, but when time came to pay the bill, we had to frantically search for our waitress and wait approx. 10 minutes for a bill.<br> My believe is that, had the two managers been involved on the floor, this would not have happened. Instead the one manager was lying against a balustrade on the outside, chatting to other waiters (keeping them out of their work) and the other manager was standing in a corner of the restaurant having a heated argument with another waiter.<br> During our visit of an hour and a half, not one of those managers ever visited our table - they were apparently too busy. This behavior is what gives the Centurion branch such a bad reputation in our area.
