Manager full of it

I have been a patron of Mugg n Bean for some time and have never met such bad attitude and management as in the Century City,Capetown branch.There is a lady manager called Joelene who thinks she owns the place.She ill treats her staff and gives attitude to customers.The other day my family visited the restaurant and a certain young lady waited on us.After ordering food we unfortunately had to leave due to an emergency. This manager said it was okay to do so and before we left my husband and I heard her telling the waitress that she will have to pay OUR bill.When I approached this Joelene so as to negotiate for us to pay,she rudely and sternly told me not to meddle in her issues and to leave the waitress to face the music.I was willing to pay for the food which had not even be prepared,just to relieve the waitress of the issue. I checked with the waitress the following day and found she had been made to pay MY bill.I confirmed it by asking other staff members and they confirmed it.
