Manager at Mugg n Bean Jean Crossing was terrible.

I went to Mugg n Bean at Jean Crossing, today (Saturday 25 Jan 2020) around 2pm. The manager there is the worst I have seen in a very long time.

In two instances, I raised my hand to him 3 times - as I wanted the waiter who was serving me to come over - and he ignored me (he was looking directly at me). I thought I was dreaming. At the last instance when I raised my hand, this manager was on the other side of the counter and he was eating! He was standing there eating and looking at me and ignoring me. I was extremely disappointed.
