Lousy food

Unfortunately the cappuccinos are always luke warm, the other day by the time the hot water came - in a chipped jug - it was still not hot enough. This is unacceptable. My chips were stale or were cooked with OLD oil, unacceptable. My toasted sandwich was cold. This is on the waitress to ensure the food she is taking to the customer is hot. The service is ALWAYS slow. I am very fond of the one manager at the one branch but she cannot have eyes everywhere and I am sure that the waitrons have been trained. I rated them 1-Star on their app which guaranteed a call back and that NEVER happened. Come on people, eating out is expensive and word of mouth is a good marketing tool, do you really want that. I told about 5 people on the day and more the next day. Word travels .......
