Long weekend blues

On Sunday we went to to have a late lunch. Reception was great and friendly. Once seated, the issues started. The first order was rejected, as what was ordered was not available. My food came (chicken pot pie with chips) and I asked for Tabasco sauce, the waiter brought me some other sauce (I had Tabasco on Friday evening at the same M&B) stating that is all they have! I only use Tabasco and really needed as the chips were terrible - which I did not eat. Then we asked for cake and only three cakes available. Called the manager in which he said it was a busy weekend, busier than he anticipated and therefore ran out of a lot of stock, but it should be delivered tomorrow! I asked if he knew he was out of stock, to keep customers happy, go to the pick n Pay a few meters away!!! No real apology!
