Lazy service

Mugg and Bean - MALVERN, Durban. I ordered a bottle of wine just to find out that they did not have the bottle. Knowing that there is a bottle store right next to them. They could not be bothered to go a purchase a bottle - for which they would have charged me double anyway. Lack of initiative from management and staff - lazy service and it was not the first time I walked out of their shop.
