Lack of professionalism, no WiFi for business owners

The worst restaurant I've even been. I used to use Woolies for my Br-anch time to eat something while working off-office.

Mugg and Bean Norwood Mall - a true definition of TERRIBLE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. WiFi is not working and I had wasted 20min of my time thinking the connection will be established. I had to leave and take my order as a take-away. Manager didn't even bother to check and assist (only tried to convince me that it's a rebooting issue). I can't blame the young lad who served me as he did his best. I had to give the food to someone else at parking as I couldn't afford to waste more time, not to mention the packing of food was as terrible as manager's style. The manager only care about me paying before even received my meal package. What a classy place!!! To pathetic.

Last time using this place. Hope you can learn from Woolies ... It's 2021 and stable/fast internet is a must-have (and cheaper than full course meal per month).
