Just no service!

Shocking service! We often visit Mugg And bean Umhlanga Sands as we live around the corner, however the service from all levels are shocking! The manager is also unapproachable... You either just don't get any service and once you do get service it takes forever for the waiters to come and follow up etc. The manager will walk past your table and not even make eye contact. Really disappointed as it is such a nice location, however the service is shocking!
