It would have been nice to have even be helped.
After having to seat myself at the mugg and bean at lower sabie, we were not offered any service at all with the staff actively choosing to not help local customers. We eventually left because nobody offered any service at all. It was disgusting! With a leading brand that is so well known through out South Africa, I am shocked to say that thid branch had severely let the team down!
