It's a coffee shop, not a daycare

I was simply looking to relax and have cake and coffee with my loved one. Almost immediately after we were seated, what wouldve been relaxing, turned uncomfortable. A family with small children were inside, parents seemingly unaware of their children, who were running around the entire place, screaming. Restaurants ought to tell such rude customers that they are bothering everyone else, or have them take their leave. What used to be a calm and classy atmosphere, turned into the exact opposite.<br> If you pay R20 just for a cup of coffee, you'd expect to enjoy it. Screaming little brats really ruin the experience
