Isn't Complimentary Free?
A group of friends and I went to Mugg and Bean Grahamstown after downloading the Mugg and Bean Rewards App. We were gifted with "complimentary" cappucino, valid for 30 days. After enjoying our cappucino, we were told we need to pay the amount as the cappucino's weren't free. We came with the intention of receiving complimentary cappucino, therefore we didn't bring any cash with us. I'm very disappointed in our experience honestly
