Incorrect orders

I have ordered several meals on the menu before , indicated to contain coriander. In every instance I have received loads of parsley, which I detest. I have brought this under the attention of both the waiter and the manager before. They tried to convince me that the kitchen did indeed put coriander in the meal, even with me showing them the parsley removed from my food.

I have paid full prices for these incorrect meals. They must either exclude mentioning herbs in their menus, or train their kitchen staff in using the correct ingredients. At this point I don't feel like ever visiting them for meals, or suggest Mugg & Bean to others.

Is the customer not always right?
