Inconsistency between Restaurants

Mugg & Bean is one of my favourite restaurants. I am particularly fond of the one in East Rand Mall but I also dine at the one in Carnival Mall often. This weekend I went to Eastgate and visit the restaurant there. I was very disappointed. 1) The American Iced Coffee was served without cream and coffee beans. When I asked, I was told that is how it is served. 2) The Beef and Chicken Enchilada was served with normal cream instead of sour cream. When I asked, I was told that is how it is served. 3) The Quasidillas was served with normal cream instead of sour cream. 4) The Qusidillas was served with the guacomole and salsa in a bowl with hardly any guacomole. This is an extremely busy Mugg & Bean branch and it seems that the owner/manager does not really care about the customers. It seems as if costs are cut at every corner while the customers must still pay the same price for sub-standard food compared to other Mugg & Beans. This was a very disappointing experience.
