*********** and poor service!

Mugg & Bean Springs mall sent me an incomplete food order via Mr D. Upon enquiry to the establishment in question they said that Mr D will refund me as there is nothing they can do about the missing item. This is not my first poor service encounter with M&B. They are responsible for packing the correct order before handing over to the driver. They seal the package. Now they want to blame Mr D and claim that Mr D is responsible for a refund! They are a bunch of ***** and *******. They will never see my business again!!! And I will make sure my family and friends refrain from supporting them. No other establishment has provided me with such poor service!
