INCOMPETENCE AT MUGG AND BEAN

I went to the Mugg and Bean branch in Wonderpark today. I specifically ordered the Monte Cristo Fresh Salad without blue cheese for takeaway because I am lactose intolerant. I asked the woman who took my order, twice to ensure that no blue cheese was included. When I arrived home and opened my paper bag, I found that the blue cheese was in fact in my salad. I could therefore not eat my lunch. I am not impressed with the incompetence and the poor service I received.
