Ignored by waitress/ bad service

I usually go to the mugg n bean in blue route and the service is usually good, but I has awful service today. Waitress Marie completely ignored me, while assisting all other customers around me. Excuse was that nobody told her I was there. It's each waiter, waitresses responsibility to see who is in their section. Very disappointed in this service
