I nearly died

Hi. I’ve always been an avid fan of Mugg and Bean but yesterday I experienced a life threatening situation after ordering food from M&B Diamond Pavillion Mall, Kimberley.

I ordered vegan nachitos off the Mr D app. Nowhere on this app nor on the M&B menu does it state that it contains any form of nuts - let alone peanuts. The website menu does indicate when food contains nuts with “**” but this particular meal did not.

After one bite, I immediately started itching, and could not breathe well. I was taken to the ER for anaphylactic treatment.

I really feel that this needs to be addressed, for the sake of others with the same allergy.
