We arrived at Mugg n Bean Satara for a breakfast, as we know their service levels and food quality is always superb.<br> <br> Arriving at the door, we could see what seams as if the staff was arguing at the front desk. We went in and took a seat.<br> <br> More people arrived, and did the same, as no employee was greeting or assiting with seating..<br> <br> We waited, and waited. Not getting served.<br> <br> After about 10-15min of waiting, Kenneth arrived, not saying a word, and dropping of 2 menus.. We exspressed our unhappiness and concern of their service.. His reply is,\OK""; and just ignored us.<br> <br> We left.<br> <br> We ordered take away coffee; then Nico arrived at the Take Away; and asked what happened? We told him we waited very long for assistance and his assistantance..
