How to chase customers away

When dining at the OR Tambo site I have never been so put off of dining at a restaurant and the staff are mopping under your chair and around you while you eat. Your case getting wet. Complain and they think it’s funny. The to top it all to twist and ankle because of the wet floor just as you are going on holiday. Poor prior service.
