Hot or Cold? - Customer not given the option.
Wonderful looking pecan nut pie at 11:00 this morning, so we ordered two slices. Long after our hot chocolate arrived, I queried the delay with the pie, and was told they were heating it up - no option for the customer. I requested cold (ie room temperature) pie, and when it eventually arrived there was no cream. \Cream is extra
