HOT CHOCOLATE PROMO

<p>A few friends and I went through to Mugg & Bean ****arneyfor the hot chocolate promotion on the 28/07/2017 at 09:10am. We were asked for our promo codes several times whilst the store mananger kept complaining and screaming in the background in his own language that none of us could understand.</p> <p>We waited there until 09:50am for the hot chocolates which were prepared and left on the counter but were not brought to us.</p> <p>The manager apparently stated to his staff that the promotion is for sit down only but failed to address us directly and communicate this to us instead created a big scene at the restaurant with all his staff.</p> <p>Within the promotional message received it does not state anywhere that no take outs are allowed.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are very disappointed with the service received from the store manager as he acted very inappropriate and handled the situation at hand very poorly.</p> <p> </p> <p>We will not be going back to Mugg & Bean again if it is under the same management.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Zaakirah and Friends</p> <p> </p>
