Horrible slow service

On the 31 Oct i went to mug and bean Rustenburg waterfall and i was served by James. I went with my partner and my son, service was terrible from the beginning. I asked for oats that was on the menu and i was told it is not available. I then ordered big boy breakfast for my son which took more than 30 minutes to come. I ordered low carb breakfast there was no avo, partner ordered S.A farm breakfast and sides. Our food came after 40 min and all ingredients were not there, we had to wait again. I lost it when water took 20 min to come. I am really disappointed and i am shocked cause mugg and bean is highly rated.
