Horrible service from Mugg and Bean Table Bay Mall Branch

I am extremely disappointed in the Table Bay Mugg and Bean. My waitress was lovely, but the manager was condescending. I requested that my eggs in my Classic Breakfast be replaced with a slice of bacon as I do not eat egg. Despite having done this multiple times at this branch, I was told my one slice of bacon was not equivalent to the two eggs. It is absolutely ridiculous that doing this was allowed since this branch opened, but today the owner and manager imp**** that I am lying. Clearly this was worth the loss of business. We will never return to this branch.
