Horrible Service

Ate at mugg and bean while passing through Potch. My brealfast was cold, the scramble egg was put on my toast I ordered crispy bacon I received sloppy bacon and my fried tomato was missing but brought to me 10min later still rock hard just with the look of it being on the grill. I ordered 5 roses tea and got rooibos. I asked for a manager. Someone came, I complained and all he said was sorry, so sorry and turned and walked. I cannot even complain about service. If that was a manager I spoke to then I am The Queen of England. When we got our bill I was fully charged for my horrible meal. Yes I gave a 10% tip which I actually regret now. That mugg and bean will have to get their staff trained. From so called manager to staff. If they were trained I would like to know where. It was a terrible experience, wasted money there and you know this place is bad when my husband says Wimpy would have been better.
