HORRIBLE SERVICE

We had breakfast before a flight on Thursday morning and the service from our waiter was disgusting, to say the least. The waiter was very impatient when assisting my 86-year-old mother with menu information and one of our food orders never even made it to the table. When I informed him that one order was missing he told me it wasn't when my mother and husband heard me order for 3! The one meal he placed right in the basket ontop of the toast when bringing it t the table, doesn't seem hygienic at all.

I asked for toast as a substitute for the meal as we weren't able to wait for another meal. This was brought but no cutlery and we had to wait and request additional cutlery.

We got the bill and left, I wasnt able to locate the manager as we needed to get to departures.

But this was a horrible experience that left much to be desired.
