Horrible food and horrible service from Mugg and Bean Greenstone

Today was at Mugg And bean greenstone, had the worst food ever in my life, me and my partner and gym goers and today was our cheat meal day and we decided to have lunch at Mugg And bean Greenstone, we order steak with sweet and spicey chicken wings as they say , but what we got was a total flop , chicken wings with no flavor or a basic salt taste, freaken tasteless and to make things worse they were deep fried with a coating like KFC but the worst recipe ever , the steak was hella dry , and the guy helping us is nice no complains but when we told him about the food he ddnt even show any intention of doing something except we must pay and we don't care about money , paying is not a problem , his name is Gift , the bill came at a whopping R400 and kind you we did not even finish the food and when we told him we not gonna take away our food , we suggested he gives the food to the manager to taste it so they can see what we talking about but guess what , the worst thing happened, the manager took the food , put it aside and walked away as if nothing is happened , not even a single word from him as the manager nor even an apology, its like they were saying, you ate the food , you done paying so now you can get the hell out of here , used to be a huge fan of Mugg and Bean but I'll never came a mistake and go to any mugg and Bean restaurant, the worst food one could ever eat , horrible food , horrible response from the manager
