HORRIBLE FOOD AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM OWNER HELEN

We just had some dinner at Mugg and Bean Colonnade.<br> <br> We ordered their Rump Steak and veggies without potatoes!<br> <br> First of all the steak was cold when we received it!<br> <br> Secondly the steak was so tough that we couldn't chew it and had to spit it out in our serviettes.<br> <br> The veggies was old and not nice.<br> <br> My son's food looked like old food that was re-plated.<br> <br> We called the waiter Sydney and asked to speak to the Manager Helen that was hanging around an older guy !<br> <br> She didn't even looked at us. We called her 4 times!<br> <br> We only wanted her to acknowledge our complaint we were not looking for freebies!! But Helen didn't even looked at us - didn't make one attempt to speak to us or acknowledge us!<br> <br> In the end we left and payed the bill.<br> <br> Everyone is talking about the bad service and food especially at Mugg and Bean!! VERY BAD OF YOU GUYS!!!<br> <br> Helen you should have got up from your bum and at least apologise! We will also report this incident to Head Office.<br> <br> We also know that we will not hear from them with any kind of apology!<br> <br> Just stay away and NEVER eat at Mugg and Bean Colonnade.
