Horrible food

I went for lunch at mugg n bean at Centurion Mall. I ordered the beef wrap that took 20 mins to prepare. When the wrap got to my table it was soggy!! Those poor potato wedges where swimming in some unknown sauce. The wrap looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It was stuffed with limp lettuce, grated carrots and very little beef and the wrap was not toasted. When I called the manager to ask if if this how they make there wraps he proudly responded “Yes”. I asked him if they could remake it with less lettuce and carrots and actually put some beef into the wrap he got annoyed. Second time around the wrap came back with an equal ratio of garnish to meat but the potato wedges had just been moved from the soggy plate to a new plate.

I really wonder if mugg n bean head office is aware of the lack of quality control and standardization at their franchises. It’s really worrisome that I can go to the mall@REDS and have great food but Centurion Mall has horrible food!!
