Horrible customer service

I was at Jean Crossing last night with friends. We received a very unwelcoming service from this other waiter. I don't remember his name but it was something like Tanaku Tinaku. He ordered coffee and since it was our first time trying your coffees, my friend asked if the waiter can recommend good coffee and he told him to check the menu. At 7h00pm we asked to order something for take away and he told us he couldn't take the order because they were closing very soon. One waiter told us that they closing at 7h30. We then decided to pay the bill and left the shop to another.
