********** service at Mugg n Bean Musgrave
After being seated by the hostess I was left with a menu and waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to come to take my drinks order.
Following which my coffee was served barely warm. I however decided not to complain. Upon finishing this beverage I had waited a future 20minutes with no service whatsoever and the waitress serving customers on either side of me but walking right past my table.
I was never asked if I wish to order a meal. I eventually got her attention and requested my bill. This service is absolutely shocking.
To hear you had an experience like this makes us just as upset and we will be resolving this matter for you. A Mugg & Bean Customer Care agent has been notified of this matter and they have escalated it to both the store manager and the area manager for the store in question.
