Harassment and embarrassed at the Mugg and Bean Gateway

On the 07 December 2021 I have been to the Mugg and bean in gateway at 11.38 am. I told the waiter please can they hurry up with my meal as I was on my tea break just an egg on toast, she proceeded then she comes back after 3minutes to ask me how would I like them, I reply saying Sunnyside. Time is going and meal has not come . All the waiters are busy having conversations at the till point. When my meal arrives it was almost well done, the toast was dry the, they didn't give any sauce or butter I had to ask not even a cup of water,I had to ask again. I call the waiter and tell her it's not her fault it's the kitchen fault, she said she will tell the manager to come to assist me. I told her the standards have dropped drastically so the manager calls another manager, when that manager comes I make mention that I am utterly disappointed at this point my tea break is over the actual store manager who I believe to to be the owners sister is now talking to another customer, so I gave the lady my details I told her where I work in the mall. I asked her to tell the manager to contact me because at this point my tea break is over my meal came late, it wasn't what I expected and then I mention I actually don't feel like paying for this the second manager told me it was fine mam I will get her to contact you hence I gave them my details. The bill was R35.00 ....5 or 7minutes after that I'm in my store the store manager comes up to me with the lady from mugg and bean her name is KerryAnne and says come come come pay for your bill before I get you arrested in my store amongst my work colleagues. Harassing me telling me I wil get you arrested if I did not want to pay why would I give them my details? As I get to the mugg and bean she says to me get out of here you are not allowed to enter my store I'm asking her what professionalism is this because you are humiliating me in the presence of people, my colleagues and customers making me look like a *****. She kept on telling me I could not come inside her store just get out, you are not allowed to be here move out now before I get you arrested. I am a diabetic patient who didn't even eat a meal on my lunch I felt like I was in such a traumatic situation been harassed at my work place in the presence of customers and people who don't know me. My store manager then went to her and spoke to her when I had asked him do you think this was good standards of Edgars he rep**** saying sort it out yourself! At this point they were both white people and this is just my personal opinion based on my experience I felt it was just so ******. After all the embarrassment they caused on me and chasing me out the mugg and bean store I feel like I don't even want to show my face at work. Everyone is looking at me like a ********. Please advise on how I can take this matter up further.
