Happy Customer- Well done M&B Wonderpark PTA

After rating M&B low and writing a negative review based on the experience I had when I wanted to purchase a red cappuccino at Wonderpark PTA....I must say that I am amazed 👏 in the manner they handled my query. The response time was within 24hrs. And as much as I avoided their calls, the Regional manager came out looking for me and found me (LOL), to personally apologize. I must say that I also learnt a lot in the manner M&B tackled my issue. Brought me complimentary breakfast that I initially wanted.....thank you M&B...I will continue to visit your branches with pride knowing my interests are well looked after and it's value for money. Keep it!
