Hair in my food - bad bad bad

Ordered an omelette and found a hair in my food.. the manager comes over to apologize and inform me that the hair did not come from the kitchen... it was sandwiched between the egg and the avo, but it's not from the kitchen... M&B teach your Managers better, take responsibility and offer some compensation.. good customer service goes a long way... you've lost a few customers today
