Hair in Food and Manager not interested

I had breakfast at your Kei Road (Benoni) store this morning and am absolutely appauled by the Manager's response to a hair that i found in my food.I was told that the policy is strict and all kitchen staff wear hair nets, and all he can do is say sorry. The fact that i was only HALF way through my breakfast and could not bear to eat more after finding the hair, he still had the absolute audacity to charge me the full price of the breakfast. The least he could have done was give me a discount or for that matter, not charge me at all. I am a regular visitor to the store for breakfast and after this, i won't be going back. I am bitterly disappointed in the total lack of interest that he had with the complaint - and a valid complaint it is! ALl he did was make a joke of it and laugh.
