Great Service from the manageress Patience

<p>i'm a regular for take aways at Mugg n Bean Eastgate. i ordered a toast which had one extra missing and i only realized when i got to work, it was a bit of a hustle for me to drive back and show them the toast so i called the manager and layed my complaint. she handled it so well and proffessional and offered to make it right the following day on the house. its not everyday you get such service from food outlets and for that i applaude Patience and her team. you sure have a customer for life in me. thank you!</p>
